Don Doyle

Don has over 30 years in the Nursing Home industry and has always enjoyed working with the elderly. He started as an LVN working on the floor, as a Director of Staff Development and in 1988 received his Nursing Home Administrators license.
Don has enjoyed working with both the staff and residents at Herman Health Care since 2014.

Mandy Sollis
Administrator in Training

Mandy has over 22 years of sales and marketing experience in many different industries. She has been dedicated to the skilled nursing industry for the last 8 years.

Virgilita Carino
Director of Nursing

Virgilita has enjoyed an extensive career of over 34 years in skilled nursing. She started her career as a certified nursing aid. She then progressed to a licensed vocational nurse to a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She then advance to nursing supervisor and to a director of nursing.

Clara Ratner
Director of Rehabilitation – Select Therapies

Clara has more than 23 years in the medical field. Clara has received an award for operations excellence for the last three years. She specializes in Geriatric, Dementia and Memory care.

Navi Orosco
Director of Business Development

Navi has worked in customer service for over 6 years. Dedicated in providing excellent service and strengthening community ties. She is inspired by the individuals and families she has the pleasure of serving.

Alfe Nosrati
Director of Medical Records

Alfe has over 15 years of medical records experience. She strives for total organization, as well as, compliance.

Patty Villarreal
Activity Director

Patty has worked in the skilled nursing industry for 26 years. Patty specializes in working with the geriatric population. She has extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other geropsychiatric issues.

Mike Bottarini
Dietary Director

Mike has over 13 years of experience in the skilled nursing industry. Mike strives to provide both nutritious, as well as, delicious meals for our residents. He graduated from Cal Poly with a BA in Science and Nutrition.

Kara Kanney
Business Office Manager

Kara has over 10 years of experience providing administrative services in the hospice and skilled nursing industry. She graduated from San Jose State with a BS in Kinesiology with a Business Cognate minor. She is skilled in achieving productivity and operational goals, while maintaining compliance.

Tino Arango
Director of Environmental Services

Tino has over 4 years of experience in the skilled nursing industry. Energetic in ensuring that the facility is safe, attractive, and well maintained and operating.
